Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. International shipping is charged at cost and is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a working day are picked the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are picked on the next working day.
Delivery estimates
United States: 3 to 6 working days from dispatch for standard delivery. Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous destinations typically take 5 to 9 working days.
Canada: 6 to 12 working days from dispatch.
United Kingdom, European Union and Australia: 8 to 16 working days from dispatch.
These are estimates from the carriers, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods move them.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves our fulfilment centre. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Import duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duty, VAT or GST charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@tryluckytails.com immediately and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been picked. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded in full once they arrive back.
Missing parcels
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not with you, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email us. If it does not turn up we will replace or refund it — we do not make customers argue with carriers on our behalf.
